surnames to share information and work toward solutions of genealogical
problems??

YOU HAVE!
The Sumner County Archives will make available our meeting room to groups for research. We can accommodate a maximum of 20 researchers. Reservations and payments must be made one month in advance.
We will arrange a catered lunch for your group so you will not lose valuable research time by having to leave the Archives. We will provide a list of available menus in advance for your selections. All meals must be pre-paid.
A list of motels & lodgings in Gallatin will be provided so that you can make reservations for your group.
There is plenty of free parking beside the Archives. Click here for a map to the Archives.
Please provide us with the surnames you are interested in so that we can furnish your group a list of available resources from the Sumner County Archives’ vast collection upon your arrival. This will save you research time.
There will be a $50 service fee for one (1) day which includes providing surname resources in advance, preparing room and cleaning up at the end of the day. Each consecutive day there will be a service fee of $25. The service fee must be pre-paid.
There will also be a charge for copies should you wish to make copies of information found.
