There will be a public hearing at the Sumner County Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at 5 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Sumner County Administration Building in the Commission Chambers, located at 355 N. Belvedere Drive, Gallatin, Tenn.
Eddie Smith is requesting to have his property rezoned from Agricultural to a Commercial 2 Planned Unit Development. Subject property is located at 1660 Highway 31-W, Goodlettsville, Tenn., is on Tax Map 99K, Group B, Parcel 23, contains 0.99 acres and is currently zoned Agricultural.
A copy of this request is located in the Sumner County Planning and Stormwater Department which is located in Room 202 of the Sumner County Administration Building, 355 N. Belvedere Drive, Gallatin, Tenn.

Sumner County, Tennessee is seeking bids for its self-funded medical/RX coverage as well as its self-funded dental coverage with an effective date of January 1, 2015.  The bid packet will be available electronically on  Monday, Aug. 18, 2014 at 8 a.m. (central time) and posted on the Employee Security Planning, Inc. website, for bidders to obtain. The sealed written bids must be received at the Sumner County Finance Department, Sumner County Administration Building, 355 North Belvedere Drive, Room 302, Gallatin, Tenn., on or before the deadline of 2 p.m. (central time) on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Questions regarding downloading this proposal should be directed to Employee Security Planning, Inc. at 615-661-6223, extension 2#.  All requests for additional information or questions regarding the content of the request for proposal must be in writing (email format) and we will accept no further request for information after 5 p.m. (central time) on Monday, Sept. 22, 2014. All responses to written questions will be sent at the same time by broadcast email to all vendors that download specifications.
