Maps and Directions
Our Facility is located on the corner of East Main Street and South Boyers Ave. in Gallatin, TN. We are one block east of the square, across from the Gallatin Church of Christ and next door to the Gallatin First Baptist Church.
Both Yahoo Maps and Mapquest give approximate locations.
If you go to the link for Mapquest above and use the Aerial Image you can zoom close enough to see our building. It is the green roof building on the corner of East Main and South Boyers. The parking area next to us is accessible from the rear of the building (off S. Boyers) only. Parking is free.
From Nashville: Take I65 North to Vietnam Veterans Blvd./Bypass 386.
Option 1. Bypass 386 to exit 9 to Gallatin (approximately 8.5 miles). This exit will merge onto Highway 31 East north bound. Continue north bound on Hwy. 31E (approximately 7 miles) to Hwy 25 East/Main Street. This will be a right hand turn and a Krystals fast food restaurant on the corner). Continue on Hwy 25 E./Main Street. At the 2nd light you will be passing through the Courthouse square. The Archives will be on your right at the 3rd traffic light on the corner of East Main and South Boyers.
Option 2. Continue on Bypass 386 pass the Gallatin exit. The bypass will end and merge onto Long Hollow Pike also known as State Route 174 (you will pass a Station Camp exit and a Harris Lane exit before the bypass ends). There is a red light at the end of the bypass. Continue east bound on Long Hollow Pike. You will merge onto Hwy 25 East. After crossing railroad tracks you will come to the intersection of Hwy 31 and Hwy 25. There will be a Shell gas station on your left and a Krystals on your left across the street. Continue straight through the light. At the 2nd light you will be passing the Courthouse square at Water Ave. The Archives is on your right at the 3rd traffic light on the corner of East Main and South Boyers.
From Knoxville: Take I40 West to the Highway 109 Gallatin exit. Travel north bound on Highway 109 (approximately 14 miles) into Gallatin. Turn right at Hwy 25/East Main. You will be at the square. Continue Hwy 25/East Main one block. The Archives will be on your right on the corner of East Main and South Boyers.
